Today I went on a walking tour of the centre of Medellín. I loved it. It is run by a guy called Pablo, and it’s his company, Real City Tours. It’s free, and he just makes money on tips. He suggests a tip of $30,000 (COP) if you’re happy, and as that’s just over €11 I think it was well worth it. With these type of tours it’s the person who gives the tour that makes all the difference, and Pablo was part-tour guide and part-actor/performer.
